OKPack VCI Papers are specially matured Kraft paper impregnated with VCI Liquid (made by VCI Powder). However, paper can be easily torn because of its high moisture permeability. Therefore, we combine Paper with several supplements so that the OKPack VCI Paper has very enhanced durability. Use in any application or industry including steel, machine, automobile parts and rubber etc., where a corrosion protection is needed.

How to Use
Two options, protection for ferrous or non-ferrous & composite metals
Recommended to use it after testing if harsh condition is expected or the material of packed product is very sensitive metal.
The inner side without any printing, on which VCI's are coated should face the packed product to touched with each other as much as possible
Consider the weight of packed product and the level of its exterior packing before use
Warning
Must be kept sealed
Remaining amount after use must be re-sealed and stored
Wear gloves as possible to prevent packed product from sweat or fingerprints when packing
Wear masks as possible when packing since it is volatile chemical materials
