VCI Coated Woven

Overview

OKPack VCI Coating is an anti-corrosion product made by PE woven cloth on which synthetic resin with VCI Resin have coated. To prevent rust, it is mainly used for storage and transportation of metal products such as steel, machinery, and automobile parts etc.

Characteristic

Can be recycled by coating on synthetic resins

Can improve the work efficiency since the double work of anti-rust packing and waterproof packing can be finished at a time

Very economical

Prevents the type of rusting that occurs when the applied anti-rust oil on the Paper Wrapper is absorbed and oxidized itself.

How to Use

Recommended to use VCI Coating after testing if harsh condition is expected or the material of packed product is very sensitive metal.

The side on which VCI's are coated with blue color should face the packed product and they are in contact with each other as much as possible

The thickness of woven fabric depends on the weight of products or its transportation environment

Warning

Must be kept sealed

Remaining amount after use must be re-sealed and stored

Wear gloves as possible to prevent packed product from sweat or fingerprints when packing

Wear masks as possible when packing since it is volatile chemical materials
